What is Asado?
Asado refers to the traditional South American method of grilling meat in its purest, most minimalistic form—over a hot grill on open coals. But it’s so much more than just an approach to barbecue. It’s a cherished social tradition of gathering to share the good things in life: the company of friends and family, stories, dancing, music, wine and of course, great food.
